CHEF MARGARITO PEREZ
This is my dream. While it may not seem like much--a small family restaurant in small-town Sheboygan--for me, this is a dream come true.
Coming from an agricultural community in central Mexico, I've worked my way from the ground up--literally. From tilling my father's farm in Santiago, picking peaches on an orchard in California, to working as a head chef in a restaurant along the Sheboygan waterfront, I've finally taken the next step and become an owner.
My wife and I love Nicky's because of its hard-won tradition for excellent food. Everything, from the homemade doughs and sauces to the generous portions, is what we're about. We are dedicated to bringing you quality, local ingredients from places you know--Johnston's Bakery's bread and Cedar Valley's cheese.
We hope you enjoy our food and our service. Our family welcomes you to join the new generation of Nicky's owners. We hope that we will continue to be a part of your family's traditions.
